How large of parties can you accommodate at this time?

ShishLola Hookah can now accommodate parties and events of 20 guests or fewer.

What events do you provide services for?

All kinds! Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, boat/beach parties, cookouts, family events, Day parties, Weddings, and any private function you have in mind. If you have a party planner, I Will work with them to provide the ambiance of your dreams.

Can I customize my own party package?

Of course, you can! Please use the Book Me section of the ShishLola website, and under messages, please include if you would like a consultation for a custom package. Please include as much information as you can so that I can accommodate your needs as much as possible.

How far do you travel?

At this time ShishLola Hookah services will include a traveling fee for any event that operates outside of 25 miles from our headquarters. For extended/overnight stays, a lodging fee may be requested.

What payments do you accept?

SishLola Hookah currently accepts all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Crypto and other cashless payments are soon to come.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please get in touch with Operations.ShishLola@outlook.com no later than three days before the event to receive a refund. If you must cancel after the grace period, a one-time rescheduling credit will be given to you. You will have 60 days to rebook your event for no additional charge. All deposits are non-refundable.
